Designer in-house service
Designer in-house service is available to our customers.  From the initial sketch to the final piece, we listen carefully to your requests, you may also alter our existing styles to fulfill your creativity.  With the supply of loose materials, we can make the semi-mounting for your unique creation.

Rush order
For regular styles, it takes around 9-14 days after order confirmation.  While for tailor-made items, it takes around 3-4 weeks once the design is confirmed.

Technical support
B K Jewellery has a professional team of 600 skillful craftsmen, brilliant designers as well as advanced computerized (JEW CAD) design system and wax print machines for production.  From the initial design to finished product, we offer full technical support to our valued customers, including complimentary service like engraving and re-sizing.

Lifetime Warranty
We commit to provide customers with fine quality and durable products, our lifetime limited warranty covers all defected items in the manufacturing process, while terms and circumstances applied.

What is not covered by the B K Jewellery warranty?
Although our products are made with the finest materials and exquisite craftsmanship, all pieces are subject to timeworn and abrasion.  Our warranty does not cover damages that are caused by product misuse, daily wear and cosmetic damage. Circumstances may also apply to color gemstone or pearl jewellery.
